One of our focuses at Orbit Industries is building high quality ASME Pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers and API Storage Tanks. Using carbon and stainless steel metal, along with exotic alloys such as Inconel and Hastelloy, we run our products through a battery of tests from impact to radiographic to ensure high durability. Our tanks and pressure vessels are both chemical and corrosion resistant, and are capable of withstanding pressure of up to 3,000 psi. Sustainable at temperatures ranging from -50 F to 1,800 F, they can be designed to meet the rigorous standards of ASME Section VIII Div. 1 Pressure Vessel code or API 650 or API 620 code. Given a lead time of 4-8 weeks, we can fabricate tanks to diameters of up to 13', lengths of up to 85', and wall thicknesses of up to 2.25". Tanks can be painted, galvanized, foam insulated, and built to last. We can build multi-compartmental equipment, as well as air receivers, storage tanks, and mixing tanks for many types of uses.
